Environmental Consultants | The Resource For Environmental Issues

What type of position would be recommended for a recent college grad with a degree in environmental science.  I'm not sure what kind of prospects I may have lacking experience with a consulting firm.  any thoughts?

Look through the internet Careerbuilder and Monster for jobs in areas closest to you. The jobs are listed with the job descriptions and who will qualify. New Jersey right now is going through a complete regulations shift and licensing changes. You should look there for small and medium sized environmental consulting companies looking for environmental technicians or entry level environmental scientists/geologists. Although the market may be flooded now, it moves in cycles.  I expect the next cycle will shift management structures in many of the companies and opportunities at all levels should open. 

California also has a lot of job orrportunities. I did just a quick keyword search and found a lot of useful information for opportunities for <a href="http://www.glassdoor.com/Job/product-manager-jobs-SRCH_KO0,15.htm">product manager jobs</a>, as well as average pay and benefits. The economy is tough rigt now, but there are opportunities out there if you are patient and keep looking. Hope this helps!
