I have decided to go into independent consulting as a LEED Accredited Professional.
My question is what is the most common method of billing for such services?
I will primarily be working for architects and designers in the commercial construction industry.
I have heard of consultants who charge by the hour and others who bill by using a percentage of the total project valuation.
Any ideas?
